These terms are between you (the practice signing up) and Codo Digital Ltd, Skipton, North Yorkshire ("we").
The service
Due Board shows information published by Companies House about companies you add. It's a convenience: Companies House remains the authoritative record, and you remain responsible for your clients' filings and for checking deadlines before relying on them.
Plans and billing
The free plan covers up to 25 companies. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then moves to the free plan.
Acceptable use
Use Due Board for companies you have a professional reason to monitor. Don't attempt to access other practices' boards or overload the service.
Liability
We work hard to keep the board accurate and on time, but Companies House data can be delayed or wrong, and we can't accept liability for missed deadlines or penalties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
